What you are purchasing
AlloCanada.net is a a reseller of popular, branded, prepaid, long distance international calling cards. To make it possible for you to receive your calling card instantly, we process this information to you virtually, via email, which is known as your fulfillment, immediately following your secure payment.
Based upon your chosen phone card, immediately following your payment, you will receive an email notification (fulfillment) containing:
- The name of the phone card(s) purchased.
- The telephone number(s) to access the service.
- Your PIN numbers
Creating your account
In order to purchase a calling card on this site, you must become a member of our web site. You are first required to fill out and submit the electronic form to create your account. Your personal data will be stored and used as per our privacy policy. Your password will be sent to your email-id immediately after registration. By registering at the site, you undertake that you meet the following criteria:
- You are a resident of Canada/US and aged 16 years or more.
- You are the holder of a valid credit / debit card issue by a Canadina/US based Bank or financial institution.
- You agree to and accept our Terms of Service / Conditions of Use of the website.
Members
As a member, you may purchase a calling card anytime you like, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, receiving instant email notification (fulfillment) containing the details of the calling card(s) purchased.
You can login anytime into your account, place an order and within moments you can be placing phone calls to anywhere in the world. If you have forgotten your password, you can request for a new password to be sent to you. Your passwords are kept in an encrypted form in the database and we will not be able to tell you your original password. However, you can request for a new password to be assigned to you from the "My Account" section and a new password will be generated and sent across to your registered email-id immediately.
As a member, you agree to keep your membership information up-to-date. You may make modifications, including change in email address. You further agree to be solely responsible for your member login details, and be solely responsible for any phone cards purchased through your membership at AlloCanada.net.
If at anytime we suspect illegal activity within your account, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your membership without notice. We do not tolerate fraud and will prosecute any attempt to the fullest extent of the law!
Using your calling card
Dial one of the access numbers for the card you have purchased. Voice prompts will guide you through the dialing process of entering your PIN, then entering your destination phone number.
As various network providers produce the phone cards we sell, we do not have control over the billing or accuracy of their services. Relative to the network providers phone cards, we do not guarantee their rates, minutes, fees, quality of calls, billing procedures, services or other actions, nor that their systems will be error free or uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected. All advertised rates, minutes, and disclaimers are provided by the applicable network providers for each phone card that we sell. We have no control over the services granted by network providers of phone cards and, therefore, disclaim any liability or responsibility for such services so granted or issued by such network providers of the phone cards purchased through us, as a reseller of phone cards.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Prepaid PIN code(s) are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable. It is the buyers responsibility to contact the customer services department of the card(s) purchased if there are any problems as it is their products that we are selling.
In the unlikely event that incorrect PIN number(s) are sent to you due to our system error, we will replace them with correct PIN number(s).
