Submited By: Ranique On: 09/10/2009 After not receiving any information from your customer service, a friend assisted me in using the vouchers as instructions are not clear on your site. Using the Five star pin to acces the www.1phone1.net instead of using the voucher pin to access it should be clarifed. It worked perfectly after I was informed of the proper use, but it's a pitty it took 4 days for this to be resolved after trying numerous time to activate those two vouchers. Since I had left a message on September 6, 2009 with my contact information at the customber service number 1-888-894-5746 which clearly states to leave a message. No one contacted me, but I must admit that for the e-mail I had sent earlier today September 10, 2009 I received a quick response in a matter of hours. Allo Canada does provide good service, but there should be better instructions also your customer service number should be more helpful...Thank you.
