first of all you can never get hold of customer service, even you get hold of them (1/100 attempts or email) they will simply refuse to listen or accept their mistake or false promises.
Secondly, they are doing fake advertisement about duration of call it is much much much shorter in real.
most importantly never buy any product which list vserve@rogers.com as their contact for customer support.

GUPSHUP is the worst calling card as it wont give you what is adverstised in flyer, online. NEVER USE it!!!!

never buy any card or anything with vserve@rogers.com listed as their customer support. i have used their different product for an over 6 months now and i have complains about being cheated about what the adverstise online, on flyers or promise during the call. i have complaint them over the phone and at vserve@rogers.com, they simply refuse to listen.

I was upset when I tried the 1888 number and it didn't work so I couldn't even use the phone card without first calling a city that was on the list, costing me long distance on my phone plan. Then I tried calling customer support and that number was out of connection. Then I tried sending an email to customer support and have not heard back yet. This was Saturday, today is Tuesday.

After not receiving any information from your customer service, a friend assisted me in using the vouchers as instructions are not clear on your site. Using the Five star pin to acces the www.1phone1.net instead of using the voucher pin to access it should be clarifed. It worked perfectly after I was informed of the proper use, but it's a pitty it took 4 days for this to be resolved after trying numerous time to activate those two vouchers. Since I had left a message on September 6, 2009 with my contact information at the customber service number 1-888-894-5746 which clearly states to leave a message. No one contacted me, but I must admit that for the e-mail I had sent earlier today September 10, 2009 I received a quick response in a matter of hours. Allo Canada does provide good service, but there should be better instructions also your customer service number should be more helpful...Thank you.
